We checked in and got into the room and my water broke. Then IT happened. If you have given birth, you know IT. All I wanted was the darn drugs! He came, he delivered the drugs, and at that moment he was my best friend in the entire universe!
Not long after Dr. Larson came rushing in wearing no shoes stating that he ran a red light because the nurse had panicked him that I was progressing really fast. We got ready to push and then he said that Will was right there. Tyce called his mom to see where she was and she said that she was getting off of the exit. With the help of the miraculous epidural I was able to wait until Chris ran into the room. She ran over to take a leg and I pushed. I remember looking at the clock when the Dr. said that he would be delivered by 2 and it was 1:52 a.m. Tyce and I were thinking no way but 7 minutes later at 1:59 a.m. our beautiful Will Steven Nasinec was born!
It is so bitter sweet isn't it? Where did the 2 years go? It was just yesterday that he was in my belly, or crying in the night wanting to eat, or just learning to crawl, walk, run! Now he is telling me "No!" and getting his own snack, and riding a big wheel, and wanting to wrestle and jump off of the coffee table onto the couch. I wouldn't trade it for the world. It is sad to think about how time flies, but so rewarding to think about what he learns daily. He has truly been such a joy to Tyce, Drew and I. He is a very special guy to his Auntie Krissy and the apple of his Noni and Grammy's eyes.
We love you little Will so much more than we can express with words. You are the easiest, most laid back, best behaved, little man there is. You love your food, paci, books, OSO, cars, kisses in the morning, and brother. You laugh the hardest when you are tackling daddy, and you are the sweetest when you cuddle with mommy in the rocking chair. You make us smile with your mannerisms and we love to watch you do your "shimmy" dance. Thank you for blessing our lives. Thank you for melting my heart. Thank you for making me forget all of my worries with one look at your brown eyes.
Happy Birthday Will Steven!!!!!!
