Drew finally had his first day of preschool. He was so excited he didn't want to eat breakfast and talked a mile a minute in the car about feeding the school fish. (Not sure where he got the whole fish thing.) It was supposed to be a hard thing to drop off my baby at school, and was apprehensive about it for weeks, but the day was amazing because he was so happy to be going to school! He was all smiles and participated right away in singing songs he didn't even know, but pretended to, just to sing along. I knew he was in his element and just seeing his dimples from his huge smile put me at ease and I was just fine leaving him. (It was actually nice to have some time dedicated to Will.) When we picked up Drew we were excited to see him and get his favorite lunch-a happymeal. He said that his favorite thing about school was recess and the snack. I don't think that will ever change. That was my favorite part in school too!
